Description
The sapphire came from the Jade Market in Mandalay and was selected for its captivating deep-indigo colour. The star can be seen under a spotlight. In daylight, it is fascinating to see the silky banding of the hexagonal crystal structure. The stone has been set simply in a plain rub-over setting with a hand-forged look. Size: N 1/2. Diameter of stone: 15mm. This is a unique piece and cannot be made in any other size.
